主要功能和指标描述
 
RC系统一直以来是生理学家推崇的进行气道阻力、肺顺应性和用力肺通气功能(FVC)直接测试的经典方法,是实验数据最准确的实验效果最好的测试方法,近年来,越来越得到广泛的应用。AniRes2005(V3.5)系统是专门用于小动物肺功能测量的系统,可以完成对小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、小狗、小猴子等动物麻的肺功能测量。
主要用于如下生命科学研究:
支气管哮喘
慢性阻塞性肺气肿(COPD)
肺纤维化
急慢性呼吸窘迫症(ARDS)
慢性支气管炎、
急慢性呼吸衰竭
气管扩张和激发实验的研究中
呼吸药理研究的药物评价
需要小动物肺功能监测的生命科学研究
 
主要参数功能指标:
1、 实时测量 P ress(气道压力)、Volume (肺容量)和 Flow (流速)指标。
2、 可以在机械辅助通气模式下和自主呼吸模式下工作。
机械辅助通气下,同步计算RL (吸气气道阻力)、 Re (呼气气道阻力)、Cdyn (动态肺顺应性)、PIF (吸气最大流速)、PEF (呼气最大流速)、VC(吸气量)、MVV (每分钟通气量)、RR (呼吸频率)等指标。
    自主呼吸模式下,可以精确计算小动物的PIF (吸气最大流速)、PEF (呼气最大流速)、VC(潮气量)、MVV (每分钟通气量)、RR (呼吸频率)、Penh(增强呼气间歇)等参数。
3、FVC用力呼气功能指标,主要用于COPD等动物模型的研究。
参数包括:FVC (用力呼气量)、
FEVx (第x毫秒用力呼气量)、
FEVx/FVC%、FEF25 (呼出25%FVC气量时的流速)、
FEF50(呼出50%FVC气量时的流速)、
FEF75(呼出75%FVC气量时的流速)、
FEF25-75%(用力中期呼气流速)、
FEF25-75%/FVC、FET(用力呼气时间)、
PEF(用力呼气最大流速)、
FMFT(用力呼气中期时间)等指标的测定。
4、统计学分析参数:Value、DeltaV、P_P、Max、Min、Mean、R_Mean、StdDev、Area、R_Area、Slope、Time、Delta、Samples、DeltaS、Intergrate、MVV、Area-150s、R_Area-150s。
5、RC标记可以获取设定时间内的RL、Re、Cdyn、MVV、PIF、PEF、RR指标的相关统计参数。
6、批读取多文件实验数据,并方便地将数据输入到EXCEL、SPSS等数据分析软件中,提高实验数据的分析效率。
7、体描箱主体材质采用透明有机玻璃,易于观察实验。
9、系统主要部件采用原装进口配件,质量优良,性能稳定。气路接口采用进口自密闭快速连接器,密闭性好,方便更换体描箱。
10、应用本系统的科学研究论文已经有上百篇发表于SCI收录的杂志,测量结果已得到国际认可。

系统特点描述
1、采用了新的仪表放大单元,大幅提升了微小信号的分辨能力,达到0.05%。
3、采用了进口的数据采集单元,精度达到14bit。
4、硬件驱动采用了最新的Windows10驱动模型,加上软件系统的更新,能够完美支持Windows7-32位、Windows7-64位、Windows8-32位、Windows8-64位操作系统。
5、所有的气路管路采用进口的硅胶管,增强了系统的密封性,提高了实验数据的精度。
6、用于FVC实验的负压部分,由机械水柱平衡方式提升为电子自动化控制方式。在能够产生更为稳定负压的同时,可以非常方便地调整负压的大小。
   FVC实验可以实现压力控制和容量控制两种方式。
7、在实时记录基本的肺功能参数,能够实时记录MVV、PIF、PEF、RR等参数。
8、增加了FVC批读取数据和RC批读取数据功能。可以同时将一轮实验中的所有数据文件中的参数读取到SPSS、EXCEL等统计分析软件中,大大方便实验数据的后续统计分析处理。
